Suggestion: Affiliate Payout option by PayPal

Would be good to pay affiliates by Paypal. Admin would click on a confirm payment button and the funds will be sent to the PayPal address of the affiliate. Affiliates will need to enter their PayPal address and select it as payment method. Admin should have the option to enable/disable PayPal option for affiliates or make it the only payout method.
