Separate staff for replying for the fake profiles

I would like to have a separate control panel for those who will reply in the admin cp for the fake profiles. Do not want people to enter my admin cp and see everthing.

Yes, this would be great!
maybe, add option, like change status of a user?
Admins = access all admin cp
Moderators = Access to moderate pics , texts (and even maybe profiles) ?
Chat staff = only access to fake messages....
