- The administration should be able in one operation:
assign credit (specific categories)
remove credit (specific categories)
add credits (all categories)
remove credit (all categories)

if you have 1000 users and want to assign for example 100 free credits to all or a specific category would be useful for a function to do it, without assigning one by one manually.
